Job Description:

  • 4+ years of experience in QA or similar roles in IT/software

  • Knowledge in tools such as ServiceNow

  • Knowledge in platforms such as Katalon or Selenium

  • Knowledge in Azure DevOps Testing

  • Knowledge in automated functional testing

  • Mastery of agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and types of testing

  • Advanced English level (If you do not have an advanced level of English, please do not apply; this position involves working with U.S. clients.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, test plans, and quality metrics (e.g., defect density).

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

  • Analyze test results, document defects, and work with developers for their resolution, prioritizing by impact.

  • Optimize testing processes through automation, automated test code reviews, and quality metrics, maintaining up-to-date records.
