Job Description:

4+ years of experience in QA or similar roles in IT/software

Knowledge in tools such as ServiceNow

Knowledge in platforms such as Katalon or Selenium

Knowledge in Azure DevOps Testing

Knowledge in automated functional testing

Mastery of agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and types of testing

Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies, test plans, and quality metrics (e.g., defect density).

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Analyze test results, document defects, and work with developers for their resolution, prioritizing by impact.

Optimize testing processes through automation, automated test code reviews, and quality metrics, maintaining up-to-date records.
