In this role, you’ll get to:

Manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and teams.

Design and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with the client’s business objectives, including driving product improvements for data analytics.

Provide consulting on customer experience best practices.

Adapt the company’s product tools to the client’s needs.

Develop and manage project planning, coordinating internal teams to execute tasks and meet deadlines.

Maximize the client’s return on investment (ROI) and promote renewals/expansions.
We are looking for you if you
-
Have graduated from business administration, management, industrial engineering, or have equivalent technical experience.

Have 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, business development, account management, and/or project management, with a focus on B2B environments.

Have 3+ years of experience managing implementations of enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS).

Have experience working with budgets.

Have experience with Agile/Scrum/Sprint methodologies.

Have knowledge or experience in Customer Experience (CX), including as a customer.

Know how to manage user stories, and understand the ins & outs of technology and surveys.

Are fluent in English (you’ll be working directly with international teams).

Are available to work in Mexico City (Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc), in a hybrid model (2–3 days on-site).

Are comfortable with high volume of projects/clients
