🚀 We’re hiring a Ssr/Sr Recruiter to work with one of our US-based clients! 

📍Remote (LATAM) | 💻

🌎 Work directly with U.S. hiring managers

👉What you’ll do:

• Run end-to-end recruiting processes

• Find suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter

• Write JDs + job posting across channels

• Screen candidates in English and manage pipelines

✅Must have:

• 4+ years recruiting experience

• Strong sourcing/headhunting experience

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Experience working with U.S. teams, clients, and candidates

• Advanced English (spoken & written)

🌟 Nice to have: ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/JobDiva), LATAM/US hiring, AI tools for recruiting.
