We are hiring an Labor Relations and Payroll Analyst!
Location: Dominican Republic.

Job Summary:
The Labor Relations and Payroll Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of labor relations and payroll processes within the organization. Thsi position will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering positive relationships between management and employees. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in payroll systems.

Role and Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Verify hours worked, deductions, and benefits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
– Interpret and apply regulations related to wages, overtime, tax withholding, and benefits.
– Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and facilitating communication to maintain a positive work environment.
– Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to management on labor costs, budget forecasting, and workforce analytics.
– Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.

Skills:
– Graduate or undergraduate student of Industrial Psychology.
– 3-4 years of experience in payroll and calculating benefits.
– Knowledge of SISALRIL, TSS and subsidies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
– Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
